Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of the products, A Kawaii Boutique does not allow returns due to sanitary and legal reasons. This does not include items that were damaged in transit.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order as soon as you get it. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately if something in the order is defective, damaged, or you mistakenly received the wrong item(s). We will evaluate your issue, and make it right to the best of our abilities.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Due to the nature of the items sold, most items cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. If the item is still sealed and defective, then it is a different matter. As soon as an item is open, I can no longer return it legally.

Refunds/Returns

  • All items returned will be inspected and reviewed before a refund can be granted. If your refund is approved, you will be credited to your original payment method. This can take up to 6 weeks for your bank to post the refund.
